I own several EEV thermal cameras including the P4428', Argus 1 and Argus 2.

Some are serviceable and others are parts donors. Some of the serviceable cameras have corroded Germanium front lenses. Please can you advise which lens elements are transferable between different models of EEV camera. i.e. can a P4428 lens element set be transferred into an Argus 1, or an Argus 1 lens element set be transferred onto an Argus 2 ?

OK the simple answer first.
Argus 2 is different, it was a 16mm f/1 for the Raytheon core. It would be compatible with Argus 3, although some minor design changes mean there are two versions.

Argus 1 lens was an 18mm f/0.7 for a 1" Pevicon. in detail however it is only compatible with some P4428, and also the helmet cameras. The P4428 accepted several lens designs over the years as pound / dollar and germanium availability changed.
